We offer a unique online counseling and holistic wellness service rooted in Biblical principles. We integrate Quantum Physics and Muscle Testing alongside traditional counseling, inner healing, and deliverance methods while staying true to the guidelines of God's Word.
Recognizing that humans are composed of body, soul, and spirit, we believe Muscle Testing can be applied effectively to all three dimensions of a person's well-being.
These sessions are meant to release the trapped emotions and trauma frequencies within the body, aka emotional baggage. If you are seeking a more in-depth session, we suggest scheduling an Initial, Follow-up, or Remote Session.

Process of Booking a Session
The online sessions are proxy sessions, the scans are done on a photo of you.
Select the specific session you would like to book
Purchase your session(s).
New client: you will soon receive an activation email via Practice Better and a consent form to complete.
Existing client: you will receive a check-in form to complete via Practice Better.
Send your photo either via Practice Better chat or to Sara@PurelyYouRestoration.com.
Once we have reviewed your form and received your photo, you will receive confirmation of the date your session(s) will be completed.
The day of your session: You will receive your notes once the session is complete.
