If you're not satisfied with the product, simply notify us to initiate your return within the following timeframes to seek a refund on your order.
Exceptions cannot be made outside of these timeframes.
We hope to exchange all of these benefits for your long-term trust and repeat business.
Opened Containers - 30-day Policy:
10 days from order date: 100% refund, less shipping.
11-30 days from order date: 80% refund, less shipping.
Returns for opened containers are not accepted for international orders.
-We do not reimburse shipping costs for delivery or return costs. Shipment insurance/claim submission for returned shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
-If found to be violating manufacturer policies, such as 3rd-party reselling, we are unable to accept returns or accept future orders.
-We reserve the right to cancel and refund regular and auto-ship orders that are not reflective of normal and/or reasonable personal use
Expect International shipping times are 7–14+ days. Customs delays are out of our control. It is not abnormal for an international shipment to take 21–45 days for delivery. Any duties, fees, or direct pick-up requirements are the responsibility of international customers.

Initial and Return Shipping Costs
Shipping is not refunded; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Initiate a Return & Refund
1.) Contact our Customer Service at Sara@PurelyYouRestoration.com OR leave a voicemail at (423) 281-4131.
Please leave a detailed message regarding the return including your name, telephone number, and order information. We will return your email or voicemail with instructions on how to return your product.
2.) Double check that your order is within the 30-day return period.
3.) Upon receipt of the returned merchandise (we strongly recommend applying a tracking number to your return shipment), we will inspect the item & begin the refund process. We do not supply return labels.
The amount refunded is calculated using the original purchase price of the item and tax (if applicable).
Any added shipping costs will not be refunded; Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Due to fraud prevention, no refunds or replacement shipments are made until products are physically received.
Products Damaged in Shipping
Damaged shipments are generally caused by transport & mishandling by the postal service (such as the United States Postal Service).
Please provide a picture of the damaged shipment, or other proof of missing product so that we may file an official claim with the mail delivery service.
Upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damaged shipment sufficient for a claim – we will issue a replacement product or issue you a 100% refund for the products in question at your request.
If the tracking information shows that the product has been delivered, and we cannot prove damage – we are unable to process refunds.
As a defense against fraudulent claims, a police report may be required for stolen shipments/items marked delivered.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
Even if you paid for expedited shipping, sometimes a package is lost in transport to your home or office – or it makes it 1-2+ days later than you hoped.
Unfortunately, this is an issue with the mail carrier – not Purely You Restoration. We cannot control postal delays caused by 3rd party entities, weather events, political/economic events, or holidays. Please leave enough buffer time to receive your package.
The USPS requires at least 14 days before a lost claim can be submitted. As soon as the product has been marked as “delivered” – no claims can be submitted– even if it is outside of an expedited delivery date or the 14-day cut-off.
These policies are independent of Purely You Restoration, and are subject to change at any time.
In cases of a lost shipment, we will send out a replacement product within 15 days, or as early as 7 days. If you still receive the original shipment, just mark it as “return to sender”.
Weekends, holidays, and time zone differences may delay the shipment of your replacement product.
To prevent fraud, stolen claims may require a police report to verify and process your claim.
“My Product Says Delivered – But It Hasn’t Arrived”
Sometimes, the delivery person will place the product in an unusual place – such as an alternative entrance, balcony, porch, or behind/underneath outdoor furniture.
If your package says it has been delivered, please call and check with your local United States Postal Service or other mail carriers foremost!
We cannot refund shipments that have been marked as “delivered” without receiving a returned product.
Most commonly, packages are errantly scanned by the delivery service and will arrive 1-2 days later than the day they were marked as "delivered".
Important Note on Select Digestive and Immune Health Products:
Due to the high potency of some of the formulations - you are responsible for understanding the correct intake instructions for products purchased from the site.
For example, some probiotics, and other supplements can make you feel "off" when you first start taking the products (loose stools, body ache, mild constipation, headache, temporary anxiousness, etc).
These symptoms are NORMAL and actually a sign that the products are working.
It is important to start LOW and work your way up on such products.Most of the time - you just need to reduce your intake level considerably - even if it means opening up capsules or halving tablets.

If someone beats our prices, chances are they are doing so in violation of the manufacturer's reselling terms. If they violate basic pricing agreements with their manufacturer, they are likely cutting corners elsewhere too. Please notify us and provide us an opportunity to match or beat pricing on a case-by-case basis.
